The itel POWER 80, also called the P80, has a larger built-in battery than the POWER 70 (P70): 7000mAh against 6000mAh. If you have seen the P70 advertised as a “10,000mAh phone”, that figure needs a closer look. It combines the phone’s battery with a separate 4000mAh charging case, as itel explains in its P70 launch announcement.
That distinction matters when comparing offers. You need to know what is inside the phone, what comes in the box and which memory version the seller is offering.
The main differences at a glance

Compare the phone battery and the charging case separately
The P80’s 7000mAh figure refers to the phone itself. The P70’s 10,000mAh promotion adds its 6000mAh battery to the charging case’s 4000mAh capacity.
Before paying for a P70, ask whether that specific offer includes the charging case. A product photo or a headline battery figure does not tell you exactly what the seller will supply.
The P80 gives you more stated capacity inside the handset. A P70 bundle with the case gives you another source of power to carry. Neither number, on its own, tells us which setup will last longer in your routine. We have not measured their runtime side by side.
Does the P80 charge faster?
Both official specification pages list 18W charging. The P80 therefore does not have a higher advertised charging-power figure than the P70.
That is not a claim that they take the same time to charge. Itel’s figures do not establish a comparable full-charge time here. Ask which charger is included rather than assuming every shop’s bundle is identical.
Read the RAM figures carefully
The biggest printed RAM number can hide an important difference. Itel’s P80 specification lists a configuration advertised as 18GB, made up of 6GB physical RAM plus 12GB extended RAM. Its P70 specification includes 16GB configurations made up of 8GB physical plus 8GB extended RAM.
Extended RAM uses storage space; it is not additional physical RAM. In those particular versions, the phone advertised as “16GB” has more physical RAM than the one advertised as “18GB”. Other configurations exist, so compare the exact versions rather than the largest numbers in the adverts.
What should you check before buying?
Get a written quote that identifies the model, storage, physical RAM, included charger and warranty. For the P70, add the charging case to that list. If you are comparing Zimbabwe prices, confirm the currency and total payable with each seller.
The P80 is worth considering if a larger built-in battery is your priority. A P70 offer deserves a closer look if it includes the charging case or a memory configuration you prefer. Compare actual offers before deciding whether the differences justify the price.
