The itel Super 26 Ultra is here. And it might be the best phone you can get without spending a lot of money.
If you have been following itel phones, you probably know the S25 Ultra was already a fan favorite. But the Super 26 Ultra takes things to a whole new level.
Let’s break down everything you need to know.
What Makes the Super 26 Ultra Special?
First, the screen. The Super 26 Ultra has a big 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display. That is the kind of screen you usually find on phones that cost a lot more money.
It also has a 144Hz refresh rate. What does that mean? Everything on the screen looks super smooth. When you scroll through social media or play games, things just glide.
The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. This means it can handle drops from up to 1.5 meters without cracking. That is great news if you are someone who drops their phone a lot.
Big Battery, Slim Body
One of the best things about the Super 26 Ultra is its battery. It packs a massive 6000mAh battery. That is even bigger than the 5000mAh battery in the S25 Ultra.
You can use your phone all day without worrying about running out of power. Watch videos, play games, chat with friends. The battery keeps going.
And somehow, the phone is still only 6.8mm thin. That is incredibly slim for a phone with such a big battery.
AI Features for Everyone
Here is where things get really cool. The Super 26 Ultra comes with smart AI features built right in.
There is an AI Camera Eraser. It lets you remove things you do not want in your photos. See a random person in the background of your selfie? Just erase them.
There is also Circle to Search. You can draw a circle around anything on your screen and get instant answers about it. See a cool pair of shoes in a video? Circle them and find out where to buy them.
The phone also comes with an AI assistant called Sola. Think of it as your helpful buddy that lives inside your phone.
Great for Photos
The camera setup is solid too. You get a 50MP rear camera that takes clear, detailed photos. It can also record videos in 1440p quality.
The 32MP front camera is great for selfies and video calls. Whether you are in bright sunlight or dim lighting, the camera does a good job.
Who Is This Phone For?
The itel Super 26 Ultra is perfect for anyone who wants a phone that looks and feels premium but does not cost a fortune.
According to Counterpoint Research, itel is the number one smartphone brand in the under $75 price range. That is because itel understands what people need: good screens, big batteries, and phones that last.
If you are in Zimbabwe or anywhere in Africa, this phone makes a lot of sense. It is built for real life. It can handle dust and splashes with its IP65 rating. And it promises to stay smooth for up to 6 years.
